Welcome to LMB Fitness! I'm Laura, a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping women achieve their fitness goals through supportive and engaging sessions tailored to each individual. My mission at LMB Fitness is to foster a vibrant community where ladies can come together to move better, feel great, and support one another on their fitness journeys!
With a specialisation in pre- and post-natal fitness and as a new mother myself, I understand the unique challenges women face during different stages of their life. Whether you are a new mum wanting to keep up with the demands of motherhood, a busy professional seeking to prioritise your health, or someone simply wanting to enhance their fitness routine and make time for you, I am here to guide you every step of the way. My training philosophy is centred around empowerment; I am committed to providing you with the tools and support needed to build confidence in your abilities and achieve your personal goals, no matter what they may be.
At LMB Fitness, I strive to create a fun and enjoyable environment that inspires clients to embrace their strength and take pride in their achievements. My training sessions are designed to be engaging and motivating, whether you prefer individual 1-2-1 coaching or thrive in small groups, I have the perfect training space for you. My private studio based in Wimbledon, London, offers a welcoming space to feel safe, supported and empowered.
